Requirements Analysis and Design is a facilitation and documentation process employed successfully by c-Seven in all of its major projects. The essence of this process is to help the customer’s participants identify the value drivers for the project and agree on their requirements. Most importantly, this process drives out the sponsors’ goals and expectations from the project so that all participants, c-Seven and the customer, are “on the same page”. Following a series of meetings, a report is prepared that discusses the following:

• Customer Requirements, agreed by the customer’s key players and c-Seven staff.
• High Level Design for the project
• Technologies involved in achieving the desired results
• Definition of the Deliverables needed to achieve the project Requirements
• Flow charts outlining the steps needed to develop the Deliverables with the appropriate timelines.

The c-Seven business analysts and designers involved in the Requirements Analysis and Design are the same personnel who will be involved in delivering the project. With the knowledge gained from this process they are able to provide leadership to the rest of the team developing the solution.
