Requirements Analysis

Experience has taught us the importance of specifically defining our customer’s requirements before a project is initiated. In our Analysis and Design phase, we meet with our customer’s key players and pursue a facilitation process that helps these key individuals discuss and agree upon the requirements that need to be incorporated into the project. This leads to defining a set of deliverables and a time scale which allows c-Seven and the customer to more accurately estimate the cost of the project.

Planning and Design

As web technologies become more complex it is critical to have a detailed design prior to initiating the development process, Flow charts show the functionality that will be developed and, through an interactive process of “mock-ups”, the customer has insights into the look and feel of the solution being planned. It is vital that the customer’s web presence projects the business value and brand image that the customer desires.

Development, Project Management & Quality Assurance

At c-Seven, solutions are built in-house, not outsourced. A disciplined methodology is used for architectural integrity, coding standards, project management and quality assurance. Through regular project planning meetings, progress is monitored and issues are discussed and quickly resolved. With the use of prototypes the customer is engaged in the process which results in a “no surprises” condition when the solution is deployed.

Deployment

After rigorous testing in a controlled environment and with customer involvement, the solution is deployed. Training of the customer, usually through train the trainer techniques, positions the customer so that the employees are able to use the solution effectively. Since our solutions are web based, the customer is relieved off all of the risks and inconvenience since c-Seven provides the hosting for the solution.
